Recommended Sizing of Floors
When booking a dance floor, the main factors to consider when calculating a size are the space within your venue and the amount of guests expected. The shape or size of your dance floor is important to how many guests you may have dancing at any one time. We can create the perfect layout and size as our dance floors are designed to accommodate the largest of parties to a small house party hire.
Floors for Catwalks & Walkways
To add the extra WOW factor to your party or event, we are able to create special walkways to most of our dance floor styles. Some of the most popular uses include a catwalk at a Fashion Show or an aisle running up to a stage at an Awards Ceremony or School Prom.
These can be attached to the main dance floor creating one large area perfect for presentations at Gala Dinners and Presentations. We can easily put together a quotation combining both a dance floor and a walkway, alternatively the walkway can be hired on its own.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
CAN THE DANCE FLOOR GO OUTSIDE?
Our dance floors are not suitable to be laid directly outside, however, we can certainly install them into marquees and covered areas as long as there is a carpet or flat surface underneath them. The panels are not waterproof or weather proof so they cannot safely be out of cover and NOT GET WET.
CAN WE MIX AND MATCH ANY DANCE FLOORS?
YES! We often mix and match to combine our dance floors and create different patterns at events. Whether it be Black and White Striped Starlit Dance Floor or a LED flashing disco pattern with the Plain Dance Floors. If there’s a particular effect you’d like us to create let us know and we’ll try our best to make it happen.
HOW LONG DOES A DANCE FLOOR TAKE TO LAY?
It doesn’t take us long at all! The laying and set-up timings depend on the size and style of the dance floor you have hired. To give you an idea, it takes around 25 minutes to lay a 12ft x 12ft Parquet or Plain Dance Floor or 40 minutes to lay a 12ft x 12ft Starlit Dance Floor once it is already in the venue.
DO YOU DELIVER & SET-UP THE FLOORS?
Yes. Wherever your event or party is in the UK we will deliver and set-up in advance of your guests or party starting. Not only that but we also test and check all equipment is working efficiently and ready.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PARTY/EVENT?
We will arrange a time to come and dismantle your dance floor when you make your booking.
